Looks like it is new, not a scratch, operate good, i like the feel of it just two problems the technician told me that the 2Gb memory was (1GBX2) instead i got it as (2GBX1), i also got DVD reader and not a DVD burner, and i had to reinstall the OS bcuz it keep crashing when it was booting, it also used came Windows 7 64bit n not Windows XP
