The graphics are very sharp, processor performs multiple functions with ease and there haven't been any issues with it! Keyboard is backlit, built-in mic and speakers are adequate for Skyping or Google Talk. I loaded Chrome which works well on it. Win 7 is a much better op sys than Vista or XP. There are multiple slots for USB, HDMI, SIM cards, VGA, etc and a DVD R/W. 4GB of RAM is definitely the way to go on an i5 laptop using Win 7. If you are looking to do more intense graphic design work, you could use an upgrade.I bought this laptop for $999 and 2 years on, Best Buy is selling it for $829 so you know it was a good machine to have kept its resale value. It is a little bulkier than other machines being wide screen but definitely not too heavy to carry around. I take it with me for business presentations, etc.
