I bought this as a portable in home option to a desktop. It is very fast and the super large screen is beautiful. However, if you are looking for a laptop to take on trips, you might want to go for a smaller, lighter option.

Looking this over, I see it says an i3 2.4g processor. Had the pleasure of setting one of these up for a friend...now I am looking to get a couple. Nice laptop for the price.
