This is one of the worst Laptop I have ever seen,you can read my complete post of issues on the Microsoft LinkThe bottom line is this product does not have
1) N 6200 wireless card ( dual band) as mentioned by Sony VIAO.
2) it has 1000 BGN link wireless card which is not compatible with the chipset
I have returned 3 laptops ( made mistake 3 times)
though i have not bought it from Amazon, but I believe the laptop has an issue since I had bought from 2 different vendors
1) office max (very bad) will never buy any thing from them
2) circuit city
