They delivered on their word. They ship out to me a unit that look like it was new, it runs great. We did have a some problem with the unit at first, but they work quickly to correct the issue and make sure I was happy with my new laptop.Even after the sale I had a couple of questions, and they where right there with the answers to my questions.
