Excellent machine, powerful and well, I love his size.

I also liked how quickly I received the product.

after i ordered my computer since it was refurbished i wondered if they would send a charger with it. when i received it the charger WAS included PLUS i got a very nice soft carrying bag which made me very happy since it's a 17" screen so i was going to have to buy one so BONUS plus it came with very hollywood flip top cover blue BONUS, and a great factory warranty BONUS... and the price $819 from best buy...$469 from texasdiscountelectronics. i would highly recommend the computer and the seller.

Have not had any issues with this laptop, it is quick and responsive. I would recommend this laptop. We do not use the machine as a gaming machine, so I can not vouch for it for games.

In January 2013 the Wi-FI stopped working correctly, it could not maintain a connection.

After installing an usb wi-fi, the internal wi-fi would try to shut the usb wi-fi down,

finally was able to turn off the interinal wi-fi so that it would stop interfering.

Have not found a solution to the internal wi-fi issue.

I have this laptop, one of the best investments I have made. Very solid machine, does all tasks and solidly built.

Webcam is HD quality.

I have no other complaints at all whats ever.

It was the best $699 I ever spent!
