The speakers on this computer are AWFUL! I have sent it in 4 times to be fixed and everytime it comes back the same. Sounds ok if you use earplugs. Customer service is lousy. How anyone cannot hear the poor sound quality is beyond me. Don't know if i just got a lemon or that's just the quality (or lack thereof) of Toshiba laptops. Either way, I will never buy anything from this company again. Should have stayed with HP or Dell.
