I purchased this for my 12 yo as I have one in my business. The computer is very durable and is very good. (computer ranks 4.5 stars) The bad news is that the amazon vendor is sending out computers with only 4 GB memory which should sell for about $100 less. I caught them, but only after I had loaded up MS Office. Not wanting to deal with the hassles of return and removal/license issues with the software, I accepted their apology and a $70 refund. Be sure to check your unit for the specifications you THINK you are getting before investing time in set-up. Vendor ranks (1 Star) Amazon therefore gets 3
