I am so Not a computer geek and have a hard time with new programs etc. I needed a laptop for my new Job position and had no clue what to get. I did a ton of research and looked for a long time to find the right one. Low and behold one day Amazon sent me a link based on the item I look at (I LOVE THAT!!) I snatched this right up I was a bit hesitant because it was not NEW but so far it has worked flawlessly. Thanks Amazon.com!!!Patti
