We were not sure about purchasing a refurbished laptop, but with my husband using it on deployments it was imperative he have one AND that we not spend a fortune just in case.
Setup was easy, everything is working just great!

I had my HP for about 2 weeks before it broke. I took it to best buy and they told me the dc port wouldnt charge. It wouldn't turn back on at all. Thank goodness I didn't have anything important on it. I am currently sending it back to the company for a refund.
