This tablet works good, fast and it is fine, except Amazon it is advertise with

"INCLUDES Protective Case with Bluetooth Keyboard"

Well when arrived was not the case on the package. Has been a big problem to get someone to send me the right one on the advertise. The protective case was the KEY for me to buy it from Amazon. It was really which call more attention. Will be very nice if I can a replacement but until now has been a problem. a BIG PROBLEM.

If you want to sell more of them needs to set up the right advertise.

Since I reported yesterday, Amazon had this 'ITEM ON THE REVIEW'

This tablet is just about the speediest you will find outside of a Intel Core model. The speakers are loud and clear. The display is sharp and vivid. I have not had a chance to review the battery life because I am using it right out of the box while it is half charged.

One major problem is that the keyboard cover is not included. Amazon was kind enough to issue me a partial refund so that I could purchase one from Acer. Now it is just a matter of getting Acer to answer my inquiries.

Update: I am going to ask Acer if there should have been a keyboard cover included with this model. There seems to be a place in the box for one. In fact, the other vendors that carry this tablet also mention a keyboard cover in their listings.

Update #2: Unfortunately, Acer does not have a keyboard cover to send to me. That seems a bit strange. In any event, they suggested that I contact Amazon to see if this can be resolved. Amazon is kind enough to send me a replacement product. I will need to return the original once I receive that replacement. Hopefully, the new shipment contains a keyboard cover that's described in the product's listing page. If that part is not included then Amazon needs to change its description to alleviate the confusion.

Update #3: The search for the missing keyboard cover continues.

I received the replacement P3 today, and it too did not include the keyboard cover. An Amazon representative is looking into this issue as I type this update. The warehouse is being contacted to see whether all of the P3's are missing the part in question. I am still a bit annoyed at Acer for not even allowing me to purchase the keyboard cover from them. They just threw the ball back into Amazon's court. Thanks to Amazon, perhaps this mystery will get solved yet.

Update #4: This may be my last update for this product. It seems the warehouse could not find a keyboard in the packages they have in stock. Since this model is being sold by several other retailers, I decided to do some research on their websites. They all claim that the keyboard is included with the tablet. However, it may be that each of them received erroneous information from Acer. That is a bit comical, because Acer's store also claims that the keyboard is included. Therefore, they are using that same misinformation on their own site.

I found out a long time ago to be sceptical of the tech industry. Not so much the retailers, but the manufacturers themselves. They send out press releases on new products, extolling the features of their latest creation, but when the item hits the market it is usually different than what was originally described. So, in a way, this fiasco doesn't really surprise me one bit.

I will post an update if this mess ever gets brought to a satisfactory conclusion. But, I doubt that it will--there isn't a keyboard for this model. In any case, the tablet is a very worthy item itself. I will give Acer that much. If you don't mind using it without a keyboard, then by all means buy it.
