Purchased in 2010,used since then NO PROBLEMS! I use it for minor ms office works, rhapsody, amazon prime, hulu and (until recently) netflix video watching. Again, no problems at all. Just changed the battery for new one, but that I consider to be like breaks in a car maintain and preserve.I had a poor expereince with Dell before (tried twice) and have had a good experience with Acer (my other pc). Both were inexpensive, both work just fine. Fine in my book is 5/5, god bless toshiba for making my life free of drama and forced calls to India, or other wonderful country of limited interest to me.
