I really hate this laptop. very slow...slow....slow

tech support is 24/7, but they don't know something deep.

I cannot add ram --only 2gb-because there is no slot.

This is a super nice laptop, I love it. Cooling is amazing, it never feels hot. I5 is very strong, handel all my work easily. ASUS is a good brand, almost as good as lenovo IBM, a lot better than any other brands in the world!
