I've had this laptop for over 2 years now and I love it. I use it daily and I've never had a major problem with it. My charger broke about a year ago, which was frustrating and I bought an aftermarket one from Staples. The charger has loosened my charging port, but that is the fault of the charger... not Toshiba.The only thing I wish was different was that my key pad light up. Black keys with no backlight make for difficult typing at night.
