Acer Aspire AS5750-6414 15.6-Inch Laptop (Black)

This is the second Acer I5 AS5750 laptop that that I received from Amazon. The hard drive on the first burned and crashed within a week. I called Amazon and they replaced it immediately. The one I have now is working well but, it has a tendency to heat up quickly when I am multitasking in Photoshop and other large programs. Don't run without a cooler...it's risky. I personally think laptop manufacturers need to address this flaw. This is a fast and otherwise well made computer. except for the overheating issue a great buy. I am also very satisfied with Amazon's service and help.

Since I have gotten it. I haven't had any problems with it. The sound quality is great just as it was advertised to be. I'm still getting to know the laptop so I can't really say much about the features since I haven't used them all. The video quality is great as well I'm watching alot of movies on it ;-)

Computer is fairly fast and not too much extra bloatware.

Overall construction is middle of the road to inexpensive. I am comparing this to a work laptop, Dell precision which is 3x the cost, so some of this is to be expected.

The case has a bit of flex to it. Keys have taken some getting use to, I would suggest reviewing it in person before purchasing.

Overall, fits my needs as a low cost family PC. Low level Office items, e-mail, some kid games,etc...

This computer is an awesome computer. It took some time getting use to the location of the power button because it is easy to bump while moving it around. So far I have had great luck with it, I use it for school and all my personal information.
