I had some issues when watching streaming video the ATI graphic card would get a error message then crash. Updated Video drivers and BIOS. now works perfectly ..This laptop does get very warm So I recommended getting Zalman-ZM-NC3000U cooler.
upgraded the keyboard to backlit type myself. (Part No #backlit M711P ) google search it. cost
