After buying a laptop in-stores with Windows 8 software I soon discovered, that was not the fit for me. So after research/review I decided to go with this laptop. I LOVE it, but unfortunately the seller wasn't too clear that it was a previously used laptop, I got the impression that it was brand new, especially based off how much I was paying. When I got it, I soon discovered many family pictures, even videos, that were not mine. I wish the seller would of done a factory restore before selling this product to me, I feel like I violated someones privacy by looking at their stuff. Nonetheless, it arrived earlier than I thought it would and hasn't given me any problems!
