In response to my last review this company was very polite and had great costumer service , they contacted me right away about my issue... Ended up having to contact Lenovo and fix the operating system... Which wasn't difficult due to the great customer service from Lenovo as well! Over all and after fixing the issue I'm please with this product!
First impressions sans the dead pixels (returning as we speak) this is a solidly built laptop and I love the new keyboard style. A shame I couldn't use it right out of the box, I will give a thorough review after I get a replacement.
